Hyrox is a tough event — 8km of running broken up with eight functional workout stations. Getting to the finish line feeling strong requires specific preparation, and that's exactly what we offer. Our Hyrox prep programme is built around your current fitness base and your target finish time.

We cover everything: running under fatigue, sled work, ski-erg, wall balls, weighted carries — the full race toolkit. Training is progressive, so you build real capacity week by week rather than burning out before race day. And you'll be training in a private studio with a coach who actually knows Hyrox.
