What body conditioning training involves
A conditioning session at our Lincoln studio will typically combine strength-based movements with cardiovascular work — think compound lifts, kettlebell circuits, bodyweight movements, sled work, and metabolic finishers. The balance depends on your goals and where you are in your training cycle.
Every session is fully scalable. If you're new to this kind of training, load and intensity are dialled back appropriately while you build your base. If you're experienced and want to push harder, the programme reflects that. The coaching stays consistent either way.

Body conditioning as part of circuit classes
Our group circuit classes are the best way to experience high-energy conditioning in a community setting. Sessions are structured around stations that develop strength, power and aerobic fitness simultaneously, with a coach on the floor throughout every class.
The classes run at our studio on Exchange Close in North Hykeham (LN6 3TR), easily accessible from Lincoln City Centre, Waddington, Skellingthorpe, and South Hykeham. Free parking is available directly outside.
