What to expect from your first session
Your first session starts with a proper consultation — understanding where you're starting from, what you've tried before, your lifestyle, and what realistic goals look like for you. From there we put together a programme and get going. There's no fitness test to pass and no minimum level required.
We're at 6 Exchange Close in North Hykeham, Lincoln (LN6 3TR), with free parking directly outside. Members travel to us from across the Lincoln area including Waddington, South Hykeham, North Hykeham and Bracebridge Heath.
