Our strength training is delivered in a private studio in Lincoln (LN6 3TR), either through 1-to-1 personal training sessions or as part of our group circuit classes. Either way, every session is fully coached — so you're never guessing whether you're doing something right.

Sessions cover the foundational movement patterns: squatting, hinging, pressing, pulling and carrying. We progress load gradually and consistently, tracking your numbers so you can see your strength developing over time. Most people are genuinely surprised how quickly they improve when the programming is right.

We're based at 6 Exchange Close in North Hykeham, which is easily accessible from across Lincoln and the surrounding villages including Waddington, South Hykeham, Skellingthorpe and Bracebridge Heath.
